SHIPPING RATES

Orders are shipped with tracking from Australia and are typically despatched within 2-4 days of the order being received.

Custom designs may take longer based on customer approval of samples.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

This shipping option uses air mail and the local postal system of the destination country. Limited tracking is available.

• Flat Rate Standard Shipping applies to orders that are standard size, up to 50cm in length and weighing up to 1kg.

• Flat Rate Bulk Shipping applies to orders/items that are larger than 50cm and weigh above 1kg.

FREE SHIPPING

Applies to orders that meet the minimum purchase value and are standard size parcels up to 50cm in length and weighing up to 1kg.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS COURIER

This is a premium door to door courier service with flat rates based on weight.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Items are shipped via regular mail with tracking and take 2-5 business days for delivery.

EXPRESS POST

Express Delivery for next business day delivery to most cities and 2 business day delivery everywhere else.

Items will be shipped flat in tough mailer with an acid free sleeve and backing board or postal tube where required.

Everywhere Else (USA, UK, Europe, Asia)

STANDARD SHIPPING

Delivery takes approximately 10-12 business days from shipping date, depending on customs and public holidays. The quoted time frame is an approximate indication of shipping time, however with international shipping, there is always the possibility of unforeseen delays.

EXPRESS COURIER

International express delivery to most cities within 2-4 business days.

Items will either be shipped flat in a tough mailer with an acid free sleeve and backing board or in a mailing tube, which ever is the most appropriate and cost effective for the destination.

NOTE: International customers are responsible for any and all fees, taxes and tariffs associated with Customs. Please check with your Customs Department before making a purchase.

RETURNS

At Little Wings Gallery, your satisfaction is our first priority. If your item is incorrect or faulty upon receipt then email hello@littlewingsgallery.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide a full, clear photograph of any damaged items, and proof of purchase. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product or refund will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available. A refund of the purchase price of the product, excluding postage costs, will be given if the product is deemed to be faulty upon receipt.

Determination of whether the product failure or damage is due to manufacturing defects, damage during shipping or otherwise is within the sole discretion of Little Wings Gallery. We will not provide a refund for unwanted items due to change of mind. No returns or refunds will be given for customised or custom designed orders as we make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your design prior to shipping.

Please review your order carefully as, while we try to be as accommodating as possible, Little Wings Gallery is not responsible for revising or cancelling orders once they have been placed.
